Richard Duquette: California District 76 ADEMs Convener Walks Off With Ballots Before They’re Counted

Richard Duquette is the convener for district 76 (Oceanside) for the California assembly district election meetings that were held Saturday. The meetings are to determine who will represent the district at the state Democratic conventions in 2017 and 2018. Turnout was apparently so high in district 76 that they ran out of ballots and made people vote with provisional ballots. Afterward, Duquette can be seen in the video below leaving the meeting with a box of ballots before they were counted. This box allegedly includes provisional ballots that are impossible for voters to track if they’ve been counted. People are not happy.

There are also rumors of some kind of poll tax being charged to people who wanted to vote, but I wasn’t able to confirm if that’s true. Let us know in the comments if you have details.

Here is Duquette trying to reassure voters that their votes will be counted.

Let me know in the comments if you have any additional info to share. This is a breaking story, and it’s imperative that people be made aware of what’s going on. The ‘Democratic’ party has a history of manipulation, and the way party leaders treated Sanders supporters in the 2016 primary will not soon be forgiven and forgotten. I’m not saying that’s happening here, but vigilance is the enemy of corruption, and it never hurts to be aware of what’s going on.
